1 keping bahagian paha (tanpa tulang)
Serbuk lada hitam
Serbuk Sedap Rasa Knorr
1 biji telur
Tepung jagung
Serbuk roti


Cara membuatnya :

Bersihkan ayam dan perap dengan serbuk lada hitam dan Sedap Rasa Knorr
Perap semalaman untuk hasil yang lebih sedap
Celup ke dalam tepung jagung
Kemudian celup ke dalam telur hingga rata
Celupkan pula ke dalam serbuk roti
Goreng hingga garing dengan api sederhana.

Serbuk lada hitam
Serbuk oregano
Sos tiram
Sos cili
Kicap cair
Kicap pekat
Air
Sedikit gula
Bancuhan air tepung jagung


Cara membuatnya :

Campur semua bahan kecuali bancuhan air tepung jagung
Bila mendidih, masukkan bancuhan air tepung jagung secukupnya
